Delivery and Logistics Coordinator Driver - C1 License

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Driver to join our client team.

Overall Purpose

To ensure timely and safe deliveries while inspecting and maintaining the company's truck fleet, following safety and company policies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Maneuver trucks into loading/unloading positions.
• Prepare and load trucks to facilitate deliveries.
• Assist with loading/unloading finished products in/from trucks.
• Inspect loads to ensure secure and correct quantities per delivery notes/invoices.
• Transport loads along specified routes, adhering to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring efficient and timely service according to company standards.
• Obtain necessary signatures on delivery notes and return them to the company.
• Follow pick lists as instructed and coordinate last-minute or urgent deliveries as needed.
• Use material handling equipment, such as forklifts, as required.
• Perform daily inspections on trucks (e.g., checking oil, water, fuel, tire pressure) and maintain cleanliness.
• Proactively maintain truck safety, report maintenance issues or hazards, and adhere to company procedures.
• Report any defects, accidents, or violations as per company policies.
• Comply with Health and Safety policies and maintain a clean truck area.
• Participate in training provided by the company.
• Adhere to all work processes as set by the company.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid Maltese/European Driving Licence type B and C1 + CPC
  
• Able to communicate in English
