Senior Payroll & HR Executive
Responsibilities
We are seeking to recruit a Senior Payroll and HR Executive to join our client's team. The chosen candidate will need to be driven, hard-working and a good team-player. She/he will be reporting to senior management within the same department.
Job duties
- Preparing and executing payroll services for a portfolio of clients including collection of data through timesheets or extracting data through payroll software.
- Supervising team member/s to ensure that client deadlines are being met and that information supplied is correct
- Determine tax obligations and liaise with tax department where necessary
- Liaising with clients on all payroll and HR related matters
- Keeping abreast with any new regulations and driving and sharing such changes to team member/s
- Preparation and submission of all employment related documentation to government or other entities on behalf of clients
- FSS submissions to tax department
- Handling of Employment licensing and permit application
- Preparing special client reports as and when required
Essentially Primary Requirements
- Knowledge of one or more payroll software tools
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Have proven work experience in a similar role of not less than 3 years
- Holders of payroll and/or HR related qualifications will be given preference
- Demonstrates leadership qualities.
- Good organizational skills: ability to prioritize, meet strict deadlines, follow up and multi-task
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Italian would be considered an asset
- Honest and trustworthy individual
