HR & Payroll Executive

Manpower is seeking to recruit a HR & Payroll Executive to join our clients team
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the processing of payroll accurately through preparation of monthly adjustments. Assist with finalizing payroll runs- generating relevant bank files, tax reports and publishing of pay slips
- Handle payroll inquiries and provide support to employees regarding payroll matters
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the system
- Drafting of contracts of employment
- Support the application process of work permits
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training
- Manage Leave entitlements
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures cooperating with the HQ
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
- Stay updated on HR and payroll best practices and legislative changes
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and payroll
- Strong understanding of payroll and employment laws
- Fluency in both English and Italian;
- Good command of the Office Pack;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of reliability and flexibility
