Manpower is looking for a hands-on Reservations Supervisor who combines operational excellence with a people-first mindset. In this role, you will not only ensure smooth daily reservation processes but also inspire and guide your team to deliver outstanding service to guests, corporate clients, and partners.
Oversee day-to-day reservations operations, managing inquiries, cancellations, no-shows, and special requests with professionalism.
Safeguard accuracy and consistency in the booking system while monitoring payments, invoices, and compliance with company policies.
Lead your shift with clarity and structure, assigning tasks smartly and ensuring deadlines are met.
Be a trusted point of contact for team members, guests, corporate clients, and OTAs, handling complex requests and feedback.
Support onboarding and training, share knowledge actively, and foster a culture of motivation, growth, and teamwork.
Analyse reports and forecasts, identify trends, and introduce improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Ensure seamless and warm communication across all channels, delivering an exceptional guest journey.
Take part in projects, contribute fresh ideas, and play an active role in recruitment and team development.
Completed training in hospitality(degree is a plus but not mandatory).
Several years of professional experience in hotel reservations or guest services, with initial leadership experience.
Strong communication style: professional, empathetic, and adaptable to every situation.
Analytical and structured mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
Passion for developing people and sharing knowledge.
Confident in using digital tools, MS Office, and PMS systems.
Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
Solid understanding of hotel processes, booking policies, and guest service best practices.
