Personal Assistant / Admin (6-Month Maternity Cover)

Manpower is seeking a Personal Assistant/Administrator for a legal firm to cover a maternity leave. This opportunity is ideal for administrators looking to enhance their resumes and gain valuable experience with a prominent legal team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
  • Prepare and proofread legal documents and reports.
  • Act as a liaison with clients and handle inquiries.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage office supplies.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and special projects as required.

Qualifications:
