Statistics Associate/Lead Associate

Manpower Malta are looking to recruit a full-time Associate / Lead Associate (Statistics) who will be supporting our Client's advisory team in the execution of projects and the undertaking of market research assignments.

Job Duties:

• Supporting senior members of the advisory team in the execution of projects
• Undertaking market research assignments
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports
• Proactively assisting in the management of clients
• Undertake all analytical duties of data collected, including quality validations and checks
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in the data
• Support the Advisory Team in the recruitment processes for the Market Research Unit

Requirements:

• A Degree in Statistics
• Minimum 1 year work experience in a Similar Role 
• Fluency in English and Maltese
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities to effectively convey ideas and insights and derive valuable insights from data
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• A critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
