Receptionist

Summary
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Receptionist to join our client team to answer the telephone, greet visitors to the building and provide support to the Company Management as required.

Job Responsibilities
:

  • To answer incoming telephone calls, outline purpose of call and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
  • Greet walk in clients/guests/members professionally while also determining the nature and purpose of their visit. Inform relevant member of staff that the visitor is waiting in reception.
  • Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries.
  • Efficient management reception duties.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior management or the Core team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Schedule appointments, maintaining & updating calendars, reminding respective personnel of their appointments, overseeing the boardroom booking system.

Key Success Factors

  • Individual performance objectives will be set on an annual basis.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail

  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • 1 2 years experience in Administration
