Receptionist
Summary
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Receptionist to join our client team to answer the telephone, greet visitors to the building and provide support to the Company Management as required.
Job Responsibilities:
- To answer incoming telephone calls, outline purpose of call and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
- Greet walk in clients/guests/members professionally while also determining the nature and purpose of their visit. Inform relevant member of staff that the visitor is waiting in reception.
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries.
- Efficient management reception duties.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior management or the Core team.
Key Accountabilities
- Schedule appointments, maintaining & updating calendars, reminding respective personnel of their appointments, overseeing the boardroom booking system.
Key Success Factors
- Individual performance objectives will be set on an annual basis.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail

- Good communication skills
- 1 2 years experience in Administration
