Receptionist
Due to growth, one of the leading corporate service providers in Malta, is looking to recruit a Receptionist.
General responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and providing assistance to clients;
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel;
- Assist with general administrative tasks;
- Handle all incoming mail and deliveries to the office;
Requirements of the ideal candidate:
- An A level standard of education
- Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English
- Be organised and meticulous in their work
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel.
While relevant work experience is considered a strong asset, it is not essential for the role. Candidates will be provided on the job training having excellent career growth prospects and an opportunity for continual professional development.
