FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Monitor and respond to emails in the Muscats Motors inbox.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle models and pricing to potential customers.
  • Complete marketing surveys, maintain test drive logs, and follow up with customers.
  • Support in document verification, contract checks, report compilation, and document preparation for sales executives.
  • Update inventory, promote and sell accessories and branded merchandise.
  • Maintain and organize stationery and promotional materials according to Franchise Standards.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in office suite software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective active listening abilities.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum O level education.
  • ECDL certification or similar proficiency.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
