PRODUCT SPECIALIST
Tasks:
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of JLR brands, products, and technology. Share engaging brand stories, including heritage, during vehicle launches and promotional events.
- Understand clients' needs and guide them through our boutique and exclusive house of brands.
- Create a unique and exciting vehicle collection/delivery experience tailored to each client's needs. Coordinate vehicle preparation for delivery, provide a thorough explanation of the vehicle, and propose a second delivery if necessary.
- Assist Sales Executives in captivating clients with brand, product, and technology storytelling.
- Ensure strict adherence to franchise standards to enhance vehicle exclusivity and individuality. Stay updated on vehicle technology through local or abroad training and product updates.
- Communicate with customers through our portals, gather feedback pre and post-delivery, and maintain updated client records. Address and encourage client inquiries after vehicle collection/delivery.
