Marketing Executive
Job Summary
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join our client's amazing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans with innovative approaches to reach target audiences and build brand loyalty for various corporate brands within the company.
- Create and implement impactful marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market share for the different brands managed by the potential candidate. Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content with aim to increase following, raise brand awareness and to communicate efforts and initiatives to a wider audience.
- Develop marketing collateral from ideation to execution when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
- Assist in planning and organizing marketing events and promotions as is required including on-site photography and videography assignments.
- Support in tracking marketing budgets and expenses.

Education and Experience:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing role.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
