Lawyer (Litigation & Commercial)

We are seeking to recruit a Lawyer specialising in Litigation and/or Commercial law to join our client's firm.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting of court related documents and judicial acts
• Attendance and representation in court hearings
• Ongoing research for litigation matters
• Drafting of commercial contracts
• Preparation of employment law related advice
• Ongoing advice to other departments of the firm

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in litigation or commercial law
  
• Warranted lawyer
• Fluency in English and Maltese
• Experience working within a firm or government entity will be considered an asset
