Client Account Salesperson
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Client Account Salesperson to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales with existing and potential Clients and by forging strong relationships with clients assigned to him.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- To assist in the development and increase of sales and market activities to ensure that Sales volumes are increased on a yearly basis as per yearly budgets.
- To research, analyse and propose business opportunities and strategies, and develop improvement plans to provide appropriate growth to business.
- To design plans to achieve the set objectives and develop plans for new business fostering, including new industry sectors.
- To coordinate and give feedback to the Head of Sales and Business Development and Top Management team to ensure budgets are respected and targets are achieved.
- To gain a good understanding of the business products and services to market them with potential new Clients.
- To analyse business and competitors' trends to support the review of forthcoming plans.
- To manage customer communication and maintain effective relationships with the designated list of clients to increase their value and attract new ones.
- To understand customer needs and respond with an effective plan and to address them in the most efficient way.
- To assist in the preparation of customers budgets and respective trading conditions.
- To ensure that the customer has received all the necessary information and provide the client with timely quotations.
- To assist the Head of Sales and Business Development in the devising of the Sales Plan for the respective client base.
- To support the evaluation of market trends and initiatives to provide appropriate support to product development.
- To attend events where appropriate as agreed with management.
- To liaise with the Product Design Department with regard to the design of potential new products.
- To communicate effectively with Production Planning to ensure agreed delivery dates are met.
- To provide the Head of Sales and Business Development with adequate weekly and monthly reports showing the state of business development in respective geographical regions and the client base assigned.

- A valid driving license.
Candidates who are conversant in Italian and have more than three years of experience in a similar position will be given preference.
