Based in Malta and reporting to the Administration Team, the selected candidate will be responsible for the stores and the administrative function of the Company.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Raising purchase orders and invoices, assisting with online orders, sales invoice processes and quotes, as well as updating order status. The chosen candidate will also be responsible for performing stock takes in liaison with the finance and sales teams (including monthly & annual stock takes), van stock analysis, supervising stores operations as well as organising the stores.
The Stores and Administration Executive will also be responsible for access card printing, preparing order lists for the technical teams, van stock analysis, handling delivery orders and assisting the admin team with other ad hoc tasks when required.
