Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Aftersales Service Coordinator to join our clients team.
Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for customers requiring aftersales support, ensuring timely and professional responses
Coordinate and schedule maintenance visits, repairs, and inspections with technicians and clients
Manage and maintain accurate records of service contracts, warranties, service requests, and customer communications
Process service requests, quotations, and invoices related to aftersales activities
Liaise with internal teams (technical, sales, procurement) to ensure smooth and compliant service delivery
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in aftersales, customer service, or an administrative role, preferably in a technical environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP knowledge is considered an asset
Good communication skills in English; basic understanding of Maltese
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a customer-focused mindset
