Chief Technology Officer
Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join the business as a Senior Partner and key member of the Executive Leadership Team.
This is a high-impact role responsible for leading the organisation’s technology, data, and AI strategy across an international portfolio within the built environment, engineering, design, and project delivery sectors.
Role Overview
The CTO will define and deliver the company’s digital, data, and AI strategy, ensuring technology is fully aligned with business growth, operational performance, and project delivery excellence.
You will play a key role in driving innovation, improving efficiency, and building a scalable digital ecosystem across multiple business units and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology, data, and AI strategy.
- Lead digital transformation and enterprise system integration across the business.
- Identify and implement AI use cases that improve productivity, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Oversee BIM, digital platforms, and project delivery technologies.
- Lead cybersecurity, data governance, and IT infrastructure.
- Implement CRM and commercial systems to support business growth and reporting.
- Build and lead a high-performing technology and digital team.
- Manage technology vendors and optimise digital investments.
- Provide executive-level dashboards and business intelligence.
- Support strategic decision-making as part of the senior leadership team.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a CTO, Head of Technology, or Digital Transformation leadership role.
- Strong background in enterprise systems, AI, data strategy, and digital delivery.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, project-driven environments.
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technology into measurable business value.
