We are currently recruiting an Accounts Billing Officer to join a well-established organisation in Malta.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in accounts, billing, finance administration, or hospitality finance who are looking to further develop their career within a professional and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for billing operations, reconciliations, payment allocations, commission validation, debtor management, and supporting the financial administration of tour operator and booking transactions.

Ideal Background

• Minimum A-Level in Accounts
• Previous experience in accounts, billing, finance administration, or a related role
• Experience within the hospitality industry will be considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working with accounting systems will be considered an asset
