Book- Keeping Accounts

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking an accounting professional to join our client's accounting team. The role involves managing back-office operations, bookkeeping, compliance monitoring, and providing financial support to clients. This is a full-time position offering career growth in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client accounting and financial operations, including payment processing and expense management.
• Assist with bank accounts, payment providers, and compliance reviews.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and records.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Level, Certification, or Diploma in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in back-office accounting and compliance for multiple clients.
• Knowledge of maritime or yachting industry is an asset.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
