IT Professional
Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit an IT Professional to join our client's team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Offer daily technical support to users and contribute to the upkeep of internal IT systems.
- Work alongside internal departments and external service providers to collect requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement approved system changes.
- Prepare test scenarios, carry out system and user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure documentation and operational manuals are current.
- Support the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of custom-built applications tailored to business needs.
- Build and manage reports and dashboards to deliver meaningful insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of practical experience in:
- Writing database queries using SQL or similar tools.
- Programming in any language, with openness to learning a proprietary ERP language.
- Data warehousing, including ETL processes, data modelling, and development.
- MQF Level 5 or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Motivated, curious, and keen to develop professionally.
- Dependable, proactive, and trustworthy.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Experience or certification in Salesforce administration is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with Oracle BI is an advantage.
