Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a VIP Key Account Manager (German Speaking) to join our client's team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP users, ensuring strong relationships and increased customer value.
Develop tailor-made offers and personalized experiences to drive engagement and loyalty.
Monitor and analyse KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to plan and execute VIP campaigns and communications.
Act as a key point of contact for escalations and support team initiatives across VIP operations.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in iGaming Customer Service or 2 years in a VIP role.
Fluency in German (written and spoken) and good command of English.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and prioritize actions.
Proven experience in managing client portfolios within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
