Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an IT Operations Manager to join our client's team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage IT operations to ensure systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
Mentor and develop IT professionals, fostering collaboration and technical growth.
Oversee networking (Cisco), Linux servers (RedHat, Ubuntu), and Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure).
Implement best practices for system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Drive IT policies, procedures, and infrastructure upgrades to support business needs.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in IT operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in networking (Cisco), Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu), and Microsoft platforms.
Hands-on experience with VMware and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve IT challenges proactively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
