Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Sales & Administration Officer to join our client's team.
Responsibilities:
Register, process, and tag sales and cash invoices, ensuring accurate allocation and timely submissions.
Prepare internal and external reports such as invoice summaries, commission sheets, and sales data.
Handle client queries and coordinate with Sales and Finance departments for approvals and clarifications.
Maintain accurate records in Excel and accounting systems, including purchase orders and transactions.
Organise internal documentation, perform monthly checks for missing invoices, and ensure audit readiness.
Key Requirements:
O Level qualification in Accounts or a related subject.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Maltese or another European language is an asset.
Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and diligently.
