Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Executive to join our clients team.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telecom and IT sectors.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
Provide technical advice and collaborate with engineering teams to meet client requirements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with management.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in sales or business development, ideally within the Maltese market.
Background in IT, network systems, or telecom equipment sales is considered an asset.
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
