Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Engineer to join our client's team.
Responsibilities:
Understand client needs and provide technical expertise during pre-sales and project discussions.
Assist in designing systems, preparing BOQs, and developing tailored technical and sales offers.
Collaborate with management to identify target markets, key accounts, and business growth opportunities.
Maintain strong supplier relationships and contribute to expanding the product portfolio.
Oversee quality assurance tests, ensure compliance with standards, and present reports to clients.
Key Requirements:
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or ICT Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role (experience in Building Services is an asset).
Strong sales aptitude with proven negotiation and client relationship skills.
Excellent communication abilities and ability to manage small teams.
IT-literate, with experience using ERP systems considered an advantage.
