HR Generalist
Manpower is seeking an HR Generalist to support the operations of our Temporary Staffing Division. This role will work closely with the Temping Department Lead, acting as the link between our temping operations and the Group's Head Office HR team. The selected candidate will assist with day-to-day HR activities, provide administrative support, and collaborate with our Internal HR Coordinator to ensure smooth processes and alignment with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Temping in managing end-to-end temporary staffing operations.
- Act as the internal HR contact for all temping-related matters.
- Collaborate with the Group's Head of HR and her team to ensure compliance and alignment with HR policies and initiatives.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, assignment coordination, and performance monitoring for temporary staff
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll records, ensuring full compliance with employment legislation and internal procedures.
- Coordinate with payroll, finance, and compliance teams to support seamless operations.
- Provide administrative support for HR processes, including contracts, employee documentation, and HR systems updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organisational levels.
- Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong understanding of local employment legislation.
- Fluent in English and Maltese; Italian will be considered an asset.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
