Machine Operator

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Process Operative to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate identity production machines safely and efficiently, ensuring customer delivery dates are met.

• Conduct batch control procedures and online quality checks to maintain product standards.

• Perform planned maintenance activities to sustain machine reliability.

• Support and guide team members, including training new operatives when required.

• Update daily production records, ensuring targets and efficiency levels are met.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to operate industrial machinery and follow strict company procedures.

• Strong attention to detail, risk assessment skills, and commitment to working safely.

• Basic problem-solving abilities and a drive for continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in English and MS Office applications.

• Willingness to work on a 3-shift basis.

• Type of Contract: Indefinite | Fulltime
• Salary: Depending on experience
• Work Setting: Onsite
• Working Hours: Shifts rotate weekly
  • 6am - 2pm
  • 2pm - 10pm
  • 10pm - 6am
• Working Hours: Shifts rotate weekly: 6am2pm, 2pm10pm, 10pm6am.
• Candidate location: Must be already living in Malta or in another EU country continuously for the past five years.
