Product Manager

Were on the lookout for a strategic and commercially minded Product Manager to join our clients' dynamic team. This is a pivotal role where you will help shape the future of their software product portfolio by driving innovation, refining product direction, and aligning roadmap execution with business goals.

You will work across departments engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to build a well-researched, customer-centric product vision while promoting product-led growth strategies and identifying new opportunities to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Focus:

  • Define and execute product strategies that support company goals and market positioning.
  • Own the product roadmap, making informed prioritisation decisions based on potential ROI and business needs.
  • Translate product initiatives into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Evaluate and balance trade-offs across features, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Market and Customer Focus:

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform product decisions and identify customer pain points.
  • Gather and analyse user feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive product-led marketing initiatives to boost awareness, adoption, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure product success.

Growth and Industry Engagement:

  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities to expand product reach and enter new markets.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and networking events to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Strengthen the product's market positioning through active engagement with industry bodies and communities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in product management or product strategy, ideally within the software industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
