Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch couriers for both domestic and international deliveries.
Assign routes and monitor real-time delivery progress, rerouting as necessary.
Act as the main point of contact for couriers, clients, and third-party logistics partners.
Ensure all international shipping documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
Operate dispatch software and tracking systems, maintaining up-to-date shipment information.
