Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the General Stores, ensuring availability of stock items to meet production needs.
Lead a small warehouse team and coordinate with other departments for efficient operations.
Implement and maintain stock management systems aligned with ISO standards.
Manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure real-time stock accuracy.
Support procurement activities by coordinating the team, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring policy compliance.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business Studies, or a related field.
Experience in inventory management, ideally in the Food & Beverage industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ICT systems and stock management tools.
Analytical mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
