General Stores & Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the General Stores, ensuring availability of stock items to meet production needs.

  • Lead a small warehouse team and coordinate with other departments for efficient operations.

  • Implement and maintain stock management systems aligned with ISO standards.

  • Manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure real-time stock accuracy.

  • Support procurement activities by coordinating the team, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring policy compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business Studies, or a related field.

  • Experience in inventory management, ideally in the Food & Beverage industry.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in ICT systems and stock management tools.

  • Analytical mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
