Junior BI & SQL Developer

Overview

We are seeking a Junior BI & SQL Developer to support data analytics and reporting initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in business intelligence, with a solid foundation in SQL and a passion for data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data extraction
• Support BI dashboard creation and reporting tools
• Assist in data integration using APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Collaborate with the team to translate business needs into data solutions
• Help ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance
• Contribute to documentation and Agile deliverables

Requirements

• Knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations, etc.)
• Familiarity with BI concepts and tools (e.g. Power BI, SSIS)
• Basic understanding of data warehousing and data governance
• Good communication in English
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn

Nice-to-have

• Exposure to C#, DAX, Git, Azure, or cloud platforms
• Experience with scripting (Python or R)
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments
• Previous BI or analytics internship or coursework
