Marketing Assistant

Manpower Malta is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Assistant on behalf of our client. You'll support the team in driving brand visibility and engagement across digital and offline platforms locally and internationally.

Your Role:

• Plan and manage social media content in line with brand identity.
• Design and adapt marketing materials using platforms like Canva.
• Support email campaigns, subscriber lists, and performance tracking.
• Assist with website updates and social media messaging.
• Coordinate with agencies, publishers, and video teams for campaigns and PR.
• Help produce branded collateral, reports, and promotional content.
• Stay ahead of trends and support strategic growth initiatives.

What You Bring

• 2+ years experience in marketing or communications.
• Marketing qualification or relevant certification.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in social media, Canva, Mailchimp, and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable with analytics and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
