Office Administration Manager
Manpower Malta on behalf of our client are seeking an Office Manager to ensure our clients operations run seamlessly and their team thrives in a well-supported environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and administrative systems,
- Manage office supplies, budgets, and vendor relationships, ensuring smooth logistics and timely service.
- Liaise with property owners and service providers to maintain high workplace standards.
- Support Directors with scheduling, meeting coordination, and ad hoc tasks.
- Handle office insurance policies and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise reception, admin, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
- Coordinate staff travel, training bookings, and internal events.
- Provide admin support to HR and Marketing, including for training, events, and branded materials.
- Oversee IT-related admin, including equipment procurement, setup, repairs, and liaising with service providers.
- Manage security systems (CCTV, alarms) and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
What Were Looking For:
- At least 3 years' experience in office management or administration.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional presentation and a collaborative mindset.
- Solid understanding of health & safety, facilities, and office security
