Junior Accountant

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta are seeking to recruit a Junior Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting fundamentals, and a commitment to furthering their professional qualifications and ideally hands-on experience in client accounting . Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with client bookkeeping and daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and general ledger entries.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for clients and internal use.

Requirements:

• Experience in client accounting is essential.
• A diploma in accounting is a strong plus.
• Minimum requirement: currently studying ACCA with the intention of completing the full prorgram.
• Experience using Sage accounting software is a plus.
• Company-supported ACCA qualification and professional development.
