Junior Accountant

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Junior Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting fundamentals, and a commitment to furthering their professional qualifications and ideally hands-on experience in client accounting . Key Responsibilities:

Assist with client bookkeeping and daily financial transactions.

Prepare and process invoices, payments, and general ledger entries.

Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

Reconcile bank statements and assist with account reconciliations.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports for clients and internal use.

Requirements:

Experience in client accounting is essential.

A diploma in accounting is a strong plus.

Minimum requirement: currently in advanced stages of ACCA or equivalent.

Experience using Sage accounting software is a plus.

Company-supported ACCA qualification and professional development.
