On Behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a HR Admin, who will be reporting to the HR Administration Coordinator, the HR Administration Associate provides essential administrative support in areas such as Time & Attendance, employee contracting, office management, health benefits, and work permit processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and update HR systems (AX, Indigo).
Support payroll processes and Time & Attendance reporting.
Manage office supplies, health insurance administration, and access control.
Organise and vet employee documentation and contracts.
Oversee work and residence permit and visa applications.
Coordinate employee support initiatives (e.g., gifts, greetings).
Assist with validating documentation and service provider invoices.
Requirements:
MQF Level 4 in HR, Administration, or equivalent.
3+ years of administrative experience.
Strong understanding of HR systems, employment legislation, and payroll.
Familiarity with visa and work permit procedures.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
