Marine Coordinator

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Marine Coordinator to join our client's team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Provide clear, timely updates to project managers and stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
  • Equip team members with the tools, resources, and support they need to excel in their roles.
  • Organize and manage essential project documentsincluding reports, invoices, and contractsfor seamless access and tracking.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, handling all logistics to ensure smooth execution.
  • Liaise directly with clients to review and update service agreements, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Issue project reports and quotations promptly and accurately.

  • Follow up on client disputes, working to resolve any issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to the office administrator to maintain smooth operations.
  • Manage and maintain the Caterpillar special tools inventory, ensuring availability and proper upkeep.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, materials lists, and detailed project schedules.
  • Draft completion reports and rigorously review documents before submission to ensure top quality.
  • Support engineering teams with a variety of tasks, contributing to the success of technical projects.
  • Maintain and update all safety procedures, conducting regular reviews to uphold the highest standards of workplace safety.
  • Work closely with operational staff to ensure full compliance with OHSA regulations and company safety policies.
  • Take initiative by leading projects from start to finish, ensuring objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Keep all documents meticulously organized and filed in accordance with company procedures.
  • Handle inquiries professionally and courteously, in person, by phone, or via email, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Safeguard all documents and records, maintaining strict confidentiality and security.
  • Stay up to date with, and adhere to, the Companys Quality (ISO 9001), 
  • Environmental (ISO 14001), and Health & Safety Management System procedures and legal requirements.
  • Play an active role in helping the company achieve its goalsenhancing customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
