Senior DevOps Engineer

Manpower Malta is seeking A Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in GCP and Cloudflare to enhance the automation, scalability, and reliability of our infrastructure. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based architectures, and monitoring systems to support our development teams. Additionally, you will oversee incident response processes while ensuring secure and reliable WordPress hosting with enterprise-level security measures.

What youll be doing:

GCP Infrastructure & CI/CD

Design, deploy, and manage GCP services: Cloud SQL, Cloud Run, Cloud Build, and associated CI/CD pipelines.

Optimize serverless architectures (Cloud Run) and containerized workloads.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform or Ansible for GCP resource provisioning.

Cloudflare Platform Mastery

• Configure and maintain Cloudflare Enterprise features:
  • Workers, KV for edge computing.
  • WAF rulesets and bot management to mitigate threats.
  • Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) policies for secure application access.
  • Database management integrations (e.g., Cloudflare Tunnel for GCP Cloud SQL).

Security & Compliance

• Enforce WAF policies, service account governance, and IAM role hardening across GCP.
• Implement Zero Trust principles for network and application security.
• Conduct vulnerability scans and audit logging.
