Customer Support Officer (German Speaking)

Manpower is seeking to recruit 6 Customer Support Agents who are fluent German speakers to join our client's team in the banking industry. 

Responsibilities:

• Supporting customers in applying for and repaying their loan or credit card.
• Answering questions via phone, chat, SMS or email.
• Look for ways to improve the customer experience and increase revenue.
• Putting customers at the center of everything you do.

Requirements:

• You love helping people and have a passion for making customers feel special.
• Written and oral communication skills in German/English.
• You are goal-oriented and competitive.
• You enjoy working in an international company with many different cultures.
• Experience in working with customers over the phone is an advantage but not a must.
• Reliability and commitment round off your profile.
