IT Admi / IT Support Technician (Junior to Mid-Senior) - OPEN VACANCIES
Manpower is seeking to recruit IT Administrators and IT Support Technicians for multiple clients across different industries. We have various openings for Junior, Mid, and Senior levels, ideal for individuals with technical expertise in IT systems administration, network support, and troubleshooting. Candidates with Maltese language skills will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities (Varies by Seniority Level)
IT Support Technician (Junior to Mid-Level)
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
- Monitor IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and IT security settings.
- Assist in network maintenance, including Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting.
- Document IT support activities and escalate complex issues when necessary.
IT Administrator (Mid to Senior-Level)
- Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security protocols.
- Implement system updates, backups, and cybersecurity measures.
- Manage Active Directory, firewall configurations, and IT security policies.
- Provide strategic IT planning and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Lead IT projects, such as system migrations, software implementations, and cloud solutions.
- Train staff on IT best practices and assist with internal system audits.
Requirements
- Junior Level: 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Mid-Senior Level: 3-5+ years of experience in IT administration, network management, or cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and networking issues.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, IT security, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Maltese is preferred.
- IT certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, MCSA, ITIL) will be considered an asset.
