Massage & Spa Therapist

Key Responsibilities:
As a Spa Massage & Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of massage therapies and beauty treatments tailored to meet our clients' needs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every client receives the highest standard of care and leaves our spa feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. In addition to your hands-on treatments, you will also be expected to contribute to maintaining a serene and welcoming environment, advising clients on post-treatment care, and promoting our range of products and services.

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in providing a diverse range of massage therapies and beauty treatments
• Qualifications: You must hold an ITEC certification or another qualification in massage therapy and beauty treatments. Additional certifications in specialized areas or ongoing professional development are highly valued
• Professionalism & Self-Management: We are seeking someone with strong self-management skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Professionalism is key, as you will be responsible for managing your appointments, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of your work area, and adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety
• Customer Care & Sales Skills: A dedication to providing excellent customer service is essential. You should be adept at understanding client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and upselling relevant products and services. Your ability to build strong client relationships and foster repeat business will be crucial to your success in this role
• Attitude: We value a positive and friendly attitude. You should be someone who thrives in a client-facing role, bringing enthusiasm and energy to every interaction. A warm and welcoming demeanor is essential for creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our clients
• Communication Skills: A very good command of English is required, both spoken and written. You should be confident in your ability to communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and provide clear aftercare instructions.
