Health and Safety Manager

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Health & Safety Manager to join our clients team. The successful candidate will develop and enforce health and safety policies, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments, and foster a safety-conscious culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce safety policies in line with regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead incident investigations and maintain safety reports.
• Deliver safety training and induction programs.
• Develop and manage emergency response plans.
• Promote a safety-conscious culture and liaise with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH are highly desirable.
• 5+ years in a health & safety leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and compliance.
• Experience in incident investigation and emergency planning.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese.
