Health and Safety Manager
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Health & Safety Manager to join our clients team. The successful candidate will develop and enforce health and safety policies, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments, and foster a safety-conscious culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce safety policies in line with regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead incident investigations and maintain safety reports.
- Deliver safety training and induction programs.
- Develop and manage emergency response plans.
- Promote a safety-conscious culture and liaise with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH are highly desirable.
- 5+ years in a health & safety leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and compliance.
- Experience in incident investigation and emergency planning.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese.
