Sales & Operations Executive
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Sales & Operations Executive to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a key role in customer relations, technical coordination, and sales development within the IoT and software solutions sector. This role is ideal for a proactive and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relations & Support
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
- Resolve support tickets promptly and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer retention.
Installations, Setup & Coordination
- Plan and coordinate the installation of smart devices.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure successful deployments.
- Maintain and update customer accounts for optimal platform utilization.
Sales & Business Development
- Generate and follow up on leads and sales inquiries.
- Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist in proposal preparation and sales documentation management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in customer support, technical coordination, or operations within a tech or IoT environment is preferred.
- Sales and business development experience is highly desirable.
- Strong technical aptitude, particularly in SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in troubleshooting and recommending improvements for clients.
- Fluency in English and basic Maltese.
- Valid Maltese driving license.
