Purchasing & Logistic Officer
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Purchasing & Logistics Officer to join our clients Spare Parts Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement and logistics processes, ensuring efficiency in supplier coordination, order processing, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send sales quotations to customers.
- Register customer sales orders and ensure accuracy in order details.
- Issue and send purchase orders to suppliers once a sales order is confirmed.
- Monitor purchase order lead times to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with customer shipping companies for order collection.
- Register and process supplier invoices efficiently.
- Generate and send invoices to customers on behalf of our client.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various procurement and logistics tasks.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers, customers, and shipping companies effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiarity with procurement or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

- Working Hours: FLEXIBLE: from 7-8 am 4-5 pm (with 1 hour of break if you want)
