IT Support Technician

Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit an IT Support Technician to join our client's team.

The selected IT Support Technician will be assisting with technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate will provide first-line support, help with system installations and configurations, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their technical skills in a hands-on environment.

Main duties will include:

• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving basic IT issues for users.
• Supporting the installation and configuration of computers, software, and peripherals.
• Help maintain IT systems, updates, and security measures.
• Documenting common technical problems and solutions.
• Providing excellent customer service to end-users.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Have a minimum of MQF Level 4 or equivalent qualification in ICT
• Have 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Have strong Problem Solving and communication Skills
• Be willing to learn and grow in an IT support role
• Have the ability to work in a team and follow technical guidance
