Junior Customer Support Agent - German Speaking
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our players, ensuring top-notch support and a seamless gaming experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, and bet calculations.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure swift issue resolution.
- Maintain low customer request queues by handling queries efficiently.
- Have a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the company.
- Monitor and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams.
- Conduct quality assurance checks for chat and email communications.
- Analyze promotions before they are launched to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Take responsibility for emergency and banned procedures when required.
- Step in for the Line Manager in their absence and contribute to team meetings and activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or post-secondary education.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service or support role (preferably in iGaming or a similar industry).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with internet-related software and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Fluent in German (written & spoken) with a good command of English.
