Write clear, persuasive, and engaging content for emails, landing pages, SMS, push notifications, banners, and other marketing materials across various platforms.
Develop and maintain a consistent tone of voice for each of our German-facing brands, ensuring alignment with target audiences and unique selling points (USPs).
Plan, create, and update website and promotional content, ensuring relevance for both desktop and mobile users.
Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time.
Stay up to date with the latest sports and casino trends in our target markets.
Contribute to marketing strategy discussions, offering insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Work closely with copywriters, designers, customer support teams, and marketing managers to ensure consistency and creativity across all content.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Customer Support within iGaming or experience in editorial/content writing within a multilingual environment.
A creative mindset with strong knowledge of sports and casino trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
A proactive and entrepreneurial approach, with a deep understanding of marketing strategies and processes.
Strong critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Fluent in German (written & spoken) and proficient in English.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Emarsys, OptiMove) is a plus.
