The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient operations in vehicle leasing and sales. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer connections, and handling sales and leasing requests effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new clients, expand the customer base, and participate in events to grow industry knowledge.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, address inquiries, and ensure clear communication about vehicle availability and terms.
- Sales Operations: Handle vehicle sales, including quotes, contracts, and deliveries, while ensuring smooth transactions and addressing any workshop-related needs.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate purchases, and manage imports from overseas suppliers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure quality service and efficient processes.
- Reporting and CRM: Provide regular sales reports, manage CRM systems, and work towards meeting monthly sales targets.
- Support: Providing support and guidance to internal departments within the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in vehicle sales or leasing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Maltese and English language.
- Familiarity with market trends and operations in vehicle sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Organised, self-motivated, and results driven.
