CRM Manager (Turkish Speaking)

We are looking for a CRM Manager (Turkish Speaking) to lead strategy, execution, and engagement initiatives tailored to the Turkish audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage marketing strategy for the Turkish market.
  • Stay updated on local trends, especially in football and gaming.
  • Manage Turkish web and mobile platforms with accurate content and translations.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Sports & Casino verticals.
  • Develop engaging Turkish copywriting and CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Tele-Marketing).
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better engagement.
  • Collaborate with teams to align marketing initiatives with brand objectives.
  • Support social media strategy to grow and engage the Turkish audience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or 1+ years' experience in CRM/Marketing.
  • Deep understanding of Turkish culture and online market trends.
  • Native Turkish speaker with excellent written skills; fluent in English.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer interaction; Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
