IT Systems Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining internal IT infrastructure (hardware, operating systems, server products).
- Maintaining, repairing and upgrading network and computer systems.
- Diagnosing and fixing problems or potential problems with the network and its hardware and servers.
- A working knowledge of TCP/IP network infrastructures.
- Assist with internal/external application & hardware upgrades.
- Assist with the installation & troubleshooting of workstations.
- Assist employees in the various departments with any IT queries.
- Able to create procedures and other IT related documentation and keeping them updated.
- Able to work flexible hours and on own initiative.
- To liaise with third party contractors in providing support for systems and operational infrastructure.
- Coordinate with suppliers for further support and routine maintenance.
Requirements
Level of education
Graduation of post-secondary school or higher
Work Experience
Ideally 2 years experience with desktops, systems, applications and network support.
Qualifications
LAN / WAN support
Skills
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies: Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 products and others.
- Knowledge and experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, MS Entra,MS Azure, MS Intune, Google Workspace.
- Experience with Linux systems, as well as managing domain redirection and DNS records, is a plus.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders & partners locally & remotely.
- Strong communication & alignment skills in a multi-language work environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in current web and mobile developments and trends.
