We are seeking a driven ERP Support Consultant to deliver expert-level assistance to business clients using a comprehensive ERP platform. This position plays a key role in enhancing system functionality, improving user experience, and supporting organizations through various stages of the ERP lifecycle. Support is provided both remotely and on-site depending on client needs.
Responsibilities / Duties
Offer hands-on ERP support, including software upgrades, user training, and system configuration
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth system operation across client environments
Tailor ERP features to meet business requirements through customization and enhancement activities
Collaborate across different phases of the ERP project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-deployment support
Maintain clear communication with users to guide them through best practices and optimize ERP usage
Requirements / Qualifications
Educational background in Information Technology or a related technical field
Practical understanding of accounting principles or a formal business qualification is advantageous
Previous experience supporting ERP solutions, with at least 1 year in a client-facing or consultancy role
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports (Business Objects) is a plus

Proficient in time management, analytical thinking, and written/verbal communication
Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership over assigned tasks
Residing in Malta or available to work within the EU region with proper authorization
